Our
30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision.

MinkyMonky is not responsible for replacement of jewelry damaged by misuse, improper care, or for jewelry ordered in the wrong size, style or material for your piercing. We do not replace jewelry stripped or cracked by over-tightening. Damaged Acrylic balls from alcohol cleaning will not be replaced. Also, threaded balls on all jewelry should be checked often to make sure they have not come loose.

An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is MANDATORY FOR ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE. If you receive a defective item due to a manufacturer defect it must be returned in ORIGINAL SEALED PACKAGING with an RMA number provided from MinkyMonky.
- Products must be returned
COMPLETE and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Additional charges for missing items may be assessed in the event of products being returned incomplete. We are not responsible for non receipt of returned merchandise.
- Your return number (RMA Number) must be marked clearly on the outside of the packaging. Please note, items received damaged, unsealed or not in new condition will not be honored.
- Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days.
- Delivery and shipping charges are not refunded.
- For exchange, customer has to pay shipping cost again.
- If you get our special promotions - free shipping, discount, free items - your order will be re-calculated after return. So promotions you get might be removed.
- Since you get RMA#, if you return your package after 30 days from purchase date, we will charge 50% of re-stocking fee of your total amount.
To create a product return request:
- Select Orders history from My Account menu.
- Search for the order you would like to create a return request for.
- Click on its number or status, and the Order details page opens.
- Scroll down to the Create return request form.
* If you do not see the Create return request form on the Order details page, the creation of the return request is impossible.
- Set the amount of the product(s) you want to return.
- Select the reason for returning.
- Select the action you would like the MinkyMonky to do for you.
- Leave your comments, if necessary.
- Click on Create.
